Trustees

1. Mr. Danyal A. Kazi: Chairman.

Mr. Kazi is a retired professional with rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been involved in Social work for the last 20 years. He is also the Chairman of Bangalore South Welfare Trust, which runs a school in a poor locality in a Bangalore suburb. He is also the Chairman of Centre for Objective Studies.

2. Mr. Feroze Abdulla, Secretary and Managing Trustee.

He is a real-estate businessman and has been a Social Worker for the last 20 years. He is also a trustee of Bangalore Citizens’ Initiative for Peace & Harmony, Danish Education Trust, Aalim Educational Trust and many other social welfare organisations.

3. Mrs. Farrukh Khaiser, Joint Secretary

Mrs. Khaiser is an active social worker who has been involved in many key development organisations in Bangalore. She has been working for Bazm-e-Niswan since its inception.

4. Mr. Masood Abdul Khader, Treasurer.

He is a businessman and an experiences social worker. He is also a Trustee of H.B.S. Hospital Trust, Anjuman e Khuddamul Muslimeen and many other Social Welfare Organisations.

5. Dr. (Mrs.) Shaheen Yusuf, Trustee.

She is a doctor, currently pursuing her M.D. in General Medicine. Within PRAY, she has been entrusted with the evaluation of the medical cases and also handles the counselling of patients.

6. Dr. Ibrahim Nagnoor, Trustee

He holds an M.B.B.S., M.D. (Community Medicine). He works as a General Duty Surgeon at Kidwai Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. For PRAY, he has been entrusted with carrying out medical evaluation of the cases, and also counsels patients.

 

Employees

1. Mr. Mohamed Zafarullah:

He has been working with PRAY foundation since its inception in 1998. His primary responsibility is to interviews patients and their relatives when they come to the Trust Office. He then helps them fill in the application forms and advises them on aid available from the State and Central Government and other NGOs. He also arranges for medicines for patients and maintains files on all the patients. He also maintains the accounts and donation books, and collects cheques from regular donors.

 2. Mr. Syed Asif:

Mr. Asif assists Mr. Zafarullah in carrying out all his work. He also maintains records on the Computer.
